How To Properly Brush Your Teeth

Proper Tooth Brushing

How to brush Teeth :

First, we have to understand what is meant by   plaque. It is a clammy   film of bacteria developing inside your mouth. If it is allowed to remain on the exterior of your teeth for more than 1 day   it leads to formation of colonies creating poisonous enzymes.
Plaque elimination within 1 day   ensures strong gums and teeth as without it the build up process cannot be started.  Regular brushing   ensures plaque removal.   Brushing after each meal is   impossible.  Extreme   brushing, for example brushing twice daily damages your teeth leading to a collapse of entire periodontal composition. By the time you are 40 years old, your mouth will be full of crowns. You should pay attention if you feel that your extra sensitive teeth suffer from excessive irritation.
Frequent changing of a supple toothbrush is required. An old one will take away the glop of your teeth.  Coarse bristles will soon injure your teeth.
Right way of brushing
It is heard that proper brushing   can enable people to enjoy healthy teeth even at the ripe old age of 110. First, you have to learn the perfect way of brushing teeth. Approximately, 75% people follow the incorrect way.  Soft brushing by a brush at 45 degrees angle using downwards strokes is the right way. You should do 10 strokes on each part and continue brushing for at least 4 – 5 minutes. You should brush your tongue too in order to prevent   ugly white marks   and bacteria.
While brushing, gum bleeding is due to wrong method of brushing or any other trouble. Therefore, brush your gums   softly   for few days. If bleeding still continues, dentist’s advice must be taken.<br&g
